Performing the postures can be done in many ways. It is important that you find the way that works for your body. There is not one posture that works for everybody. Anatomically seen it is even impossible to think so. Not because the body doesn’t want to but it’s fysiologically impossible.

A well trained teacher has knowledge of the human body and the differences there are in which way they can give you options that YOUR body needs. Whatever body you have all bodies can do Yoga, not only the skinny, white, young lady on the cover of a Yoga magazine. Yoga is inclusive and not exclusive.
